Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this website we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, the services you're interested in and your message. We also record which page and form you used and, if present, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which marketing is working.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your website audit or consultation, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages, updates and informational alerts from Digital Design at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies based on the nature of the communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we protect it

Your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a private database that only our team can access after signing in.
